Forum Upgrade - Aug 27th

I'm planning an upgrade to the latest level of the forum software on Sunday afternoon. I'll have to turn the forum off for about 30 minutes, so don't panic if you get a weird message rather than the forum.

It's not a very exciting upgrade, but we will get automatic resizing of photos, so no more scrolling across the screen to see the whole photo.

Just about done - testing now.

The upgrade should be complete. The only noticeable change is that big images added as attachments from now will automatically be resized to fit the page, so there's less worry about uploading full sized pictures.

Let me know if you spot any bugs.
