Fuel tank capacity

Probably 34 litres (if the tank looks like the first photo). The earlier models had a 26-litre tank, which is a flatter shape (photo 2).

In france the two options are 95 and 98, both with 5% ethanol, plus another, which is not widely available in more rural areas at least, which is 98 but with 12% ethanol. Any comments on which to choose?

I've always used 95. Never had any problems

As of this year the in EU it is mandatory for any petrol company within the EU to put 10% ethanol into petrol with 95 grade.
Best to not use it anymore and go for the 98 grade petrol. 98 grade petrol has 5% ethanol mixed in.
or use an ethanol killer to stop the effect of ethanol on rubber hoses and the cast aluminum parts of engine.

Why is it better to use 98?

Because the high amount of ethanol will eat away the aluminum pieces of you engine and make the rubber pieces go brittle and break.
the petrol hose might break and cause a fire in the engine compartment.
