Well Im new round here - I was brought here looking at the Slow Car Club!

Seeing as I might classify (until I get a racing engine built) I thought I would say hello and keep an eye on when you guys will go to Santapod.

I do other track days with my 1989 Skoda Rapid (yep the rear engine one) and was stoopid enough to take it on the 2006 Staples 2 Naples so hopefully I wont be barred because Im not so slightly mad!

Hope to meet you at Santa Pod. You don't need a slow car to join the Slow Car Club. Neither do you need a Renault 4 to join Clementine's R4 forum. Keep in touch and hopefully the date of the Santa Pod outing will be decided soon.

If you like the rear engined Skodas, which really are a dying breed now, you might want to look at a Renault 8 Gordini. Same, but very different at the same time.
