The bits that are obviously wrong from the photos (dent in the door, wing not painted, new drivers seat needed, and rear bumper needs replacing) are easy to fix. Secondhand parts are available (normally from Liam) and then a bit of paint and T-cut should have it looking nice.
The really important thing is the condition of the chassis around the rear suspension mountings. That's expensive to fix. Sounds like it's still OK on that one, but it would make a lot of sense to waxoyl the car if you buy it.
Really there's no substitute for going to view the car to suss out the condition.
