I need some help, with getting the pistons out, ive disassembled the whole engine, even took the crank out, bit i cant get the pistons out by pusing it towards where the crank would be because a peace of the engine is in the way of the piston, and nor can i push it out because the cylinder wall is weird, theres a bump(?) at the end of it that doesn't let the piston out because the rings hit it. Any help would be really appreciated

Just take the liners with pistons out and then you can take the pistons out of the liners. Pictures are for a Cleon engine but works the same for Billancourt.

Liners are loose once cilinder head is removed.
Use some lever and move liners sideways, and when they start to move, simply lift them out from block with pistons.

I would add that one should use a soft-headed hammer to dislodge the cylinders and liners. A piece of wood's useful too, as it can prevent any damaging "jolts" hitting them Another thing that might help is to use the connecting rod to see if the piston can be twisted in the liner, which might help loosen it a little. If it doesn't want to move DON'T force it! You could also try pouring a little light oil inside the liner as well, again, in an effort to free it off.
Above all, do everything gently and carefully-they WILL come out eventually!
