How good are the859 radiators

Hi guys I've just started rebuiginbthr front end o Betty. A 1289 engine is going in ang I could do with fitting a smaller rad would a 650 copper rad set back on the rad cope with cooling of the 2689?
Thank for thr help ps anyone go a 850 rad I can have reared?

Why should you put a smaller rad with a bigger engine? Shouldn't a gtl rad work better?
I was thinking to try a citroen c15 rad equipped with two fan to emprove cooling my std engine...
