Interior door panels

Door cards or panels.. anyways finally got the previous owners old wood ones off which ended up being quite a job. Old insulation was under too. My question is can any years model door panel fit my door? I like the more modern r4's door panels/colors over the older. Were they all the same size and fit?

I quite successfully replaced all my door panels with mdf board and the original clips worked to hold them in place. I chose to paint them but I suppose if you are crafty you could cover with material of your choice. Have fun

I was able to find 3mm MDF board.

Still waiting for booth door panel to be made.

3mm sounds about right. I used the old ones as a template, drew around them and got on with a hand saw. Suppose a jigsaw would make the job fly by. Finished the edges with a file and sand paper. Sealed it, painted it, waited for it to dry, job done. Don't forget to mark the holes for the clips!!!!
