Lights/horn/indicator switch

Hi everyone, I recently came into ownership (for the second time in my life) of this beautiful little GTL 'Brigitte' - but the indicator stalk switch is buggered and won't operate the horn or the high beams/flash... Does anyone have a replacement of this part I can have before the MOT runs out on 06/09/2019? I am based in Lancashire.

Also, I have found Renault 5 parts which look exactly the same - but does anyone know if they are?
