16674kms..2years and 4 months after installed a Tudor TB450 battery, the battery dead.
Without any advertisement(typical). Before this day I did an 400kms trip,without any problem.
I thought probably the source of this was in the alternator, but after install the new battery Varta B23, I checked the battery charge values and everything looks OK
At idle
With more rpms
And for daily better checks I installed an voltimeter.

Now the game begins..
To fit the gas shock absorber, was difficulty once we need to compress and hold it aprox 25cm.. A big thanks for the shares in the forum, it was very helpful.
Fit the bearings case on the hub
Inner bering install.. and fit an protection.
On The brakes I had difficulty to fit the lower spring.. if was today i would take it off the handbrake cable and all fit all mounted

All clean and new dot4..

Last checks before closing..(i didn't take any pic, but i grease the inner bearing and the hubs cases)
Fit the final "torque" of the bearings didn't was at the 1st time, but is not too difficult do set it.
Test drive.. now I have brakes!! The gas Monroe shock absorber, change completely the drives felling

Before de annual inspection some check-ins
Fuel pump
Valve cap rubber
Anti-freeze change and system cleaning
Alternator volage regulator
4 tires 145/80 r13 uniroyal
Oil and filters
V Belts
Exausht
Any appointment on the annual inspection.
Next think to finish, heat shield for the carb, and move the fuel filter to another spot
