Hello to all!

I am looking for new silent blocks for my 1992 R4 GTL.

I have fond that franzose.de, corteco.com have it.

But what is their quality.

Does anyone have experience with silent blocks?

I am opened for any suggestions!

Thank you for reading.

As i said yesterday on a different topic, i use their parts all the time and think they are very good. Their postage service is superb

Sorry to bother you again

But what about melun-retro-passion.com

What is their parts quality?

Main problem is that on these webs does not write who is products manufacturer.

It would be much easer to decide what to buy or not to buy

I personally have never used them. Mainly because my french is not as good as it could be and i find it hard to navigate around their website whereas Der F's have an english translation facility.

Try Windclassics, i bought some franzoe and they did not fit.

I have in the past used them and they sent the wrong parts and by the time you send them back you end up loosing out as it cost me money on postage.

Best of luck

I bought silent blocks from a local vendor, I think those are quite a common piece to a lot of cars (local shop-keepers usually do not have r4 pieces in their shops...). I replace my silent blocks about three years ago, the big one on the terminal part two years ago. They are still in place.

Andrea scripsit.
