Hi guys, we have a problem with our R11, the rear windscreen wiper has been tested and works, but not when its installed and the rear demister does not work the two wires by the gas struts are not connected are these earths? or do they need to be attached to the other wires hanging out . Does anyone have photos of what it should look like please, how does the power get to this? the brass pins?
