I've just noticed a post from wizwires regarding a floorpan for an F6. When I was replacing the pan on my father's F6 last year I noticed the pan is the same as a 4 but with an extra 6 inch section added to the back to make up the extra length.
I think Warny make R4 floor pan sections so the majority of the pan can be replaced new, then a small section made up in sheet for the rearmost section.
Alternatively I made the floor pan from sheet, then welded new chassis rails underneath A) to stop drumming from the flat section and B) to give the whole chassis more strength for all those big loads the van will carry. I just used 1" box section joining the front and rear outriggers
