R4 Super

I have a R4 Super with the drop down tailgate which is missing any kind of seal to prevent water running down the window and then into the drop down tailgate.
I have no idea what it should look like let alone where to begin trying to source. I do have the chrome trim strip ( not shown in the photo ).. If any owner could oblige with a photo of theirs, and of course any tips for sourcing, I would really appreciate.

Thank you very much for this, I just tried to buy the rubbers kit from the link, but they say they will only ship orders over 200Eur, because of Brexit they say!..anyway, all is not lost, I'm off to Germany in a couple of weeks and may be able to arrange delivery there. thanks again, John
