R4 vs 2CV Drag Racing - Results

Santa Pod was a couple of weeks ago (I'm a little late with this post). There was a very strong headwind so we didn't set any record times. A lot of 2CVs turned up and they were great fun. Derek from Renospeed came along in his Gordini powerd van and walked all over everyone else.

For speed: 1st place Derek, 2nd 2CV specials, third me, and 3rd the rest of the 2CVs.

Good stuff! I just love the 4 van colour scheme!!

I'll have to dig out my results from some 1/8th mile sprints in my 4 from ages ago to compare times with the later 34bhp cars :-)
