R5 and R15

Few days ago I saw this rare model, I've been told that this is custom made convertible and was not available from Renault.

Look what I've found few days back, it's 5 speed and 1397ccm. I'm planning to buy it and use it for my R4 project.

Wow - the R15 looks ugly.

The R5 looks like a good doner. If the 5 speed box is similar to the R4 box just with a little bit on the front it's not too much hassle to fit it in a Renault 4 and keep the umbrella gear change. Needs a bit of cutting and welding.

I was in a hurry but as far as I can tell the gearbox looks almost the same. If I can't keep the umbrella gear change I will not fit it
