radios in r4's

Hello first time at this!
I have recently bought an r4gtl
and loving it
i want to put a radio in but am stuck as to where to install speakers
can anyone help

superb place would be inside of quarter-panels (A-plates)
If you measure them up you can easily make two panels of thick carton or plywood.just lift off the two tabs each side Press panles in then lock them with the tabs already there. Some insulation against inside of A-panels would be a good idea to avoid playing for everyone outside.. If you're not in the BOOOM-BOOOM brigade that is! -R.

We gave up trying to listen to the radio in the car years ago!

Thanks for the idea with the a plates i,ll look into that
as for the sound quality bluebell you could be right may be i should learn to
talk to myself more!

Hi, I have installed two 200w speakers at both sides of passenger's an driver's foot resting zone. Exactly beside glover trays. I made a triplay case and screwed to the large panel where hinges of front doors are attached..
