Rear Suspension Arm

I already posted problem of corroded suspension arm on my Renault Clan
I have seen on French internet that it is possible to replace the pressed steel suspension arms with the solid cast ones. However local scrapyard says this is not possible as shock absorbers fit differently . Anybody have any suggestion views on this? Which model's /year's suspension arms would fit mine if any?To date I have yet to locate another car with pressed steel arms in good condition

The rear arms are interchangeable. I have seen one pressed and one cast on the same R4 once! The cast arms are better from any point of view (except that unsuspended weight is higher!!).
Your R4 is a Clan and has pressed steel rear arms?!
