They're both good, but in different ways. The Haynes manual is much more hands-on, with lots of photos, whereas the Autobooks manual has no photos - it has plenty of line drawings and exploded views, though. The main body of both refers to earlier TLs; the Haynes manual (61-79 edition) has an extra chapter detailing the changes made to later models. If yours is a Portuguese model, its specifications may be different, but I'm sure either manual would be useful. If you're just going to get one, I'd recommend the Haynes.
