Renault 4gtl CV Boot How Much Grease?

Hi

I'm in the process of changing the outer CV Boot on a 4gtl. I was wondering if there is a set amount of grease required. The generic consensus online for the average vehicle is 80g. There is no mention of a quantity in the Haynes manual for the R4. I understand that I should pack the joint with grease but do I also add some to the inside of the boot?

Any advice would be gratefully received.

It's 180g if you can find a practical way to measure it.
