Renault M.R. Workshop Manuals

There seems to be quite a lot of different M.R. R4 Workshop Manuals from Renault. Is there any patteren to them as they have different numbers, mine for example is a M.R.61 3rd Edition. Does the M.R. number reflect which car it covers? If so, what do I need for my R1128 (1985 R4 GTL 1108cc).

Can anyone shed any light on this? Should I collect them all :lol:
