Semi-axle

Hi guys, I am pretty new to the forum, so I use this post also as hello!

I made some 1980.TL back on the roads, I founded him in very bad condition, but now it seems cool after a lot of welding, paint job, etc.

My question is:

Does semi-axle from GTL fit to TL model?

As I started driving it, I have big noise on right front wheel while steering to the left, so I got it that it's semi-axle problem.

I only founded GTL spare parts, so I don't want to buy it if it's not the same.

Yes, both drive shafts are the same.

There are quite a few different versions - post a photo of your shaft (semi axle) so we can comment further . Well done with your R4 looks great !

Hmmm, drive shaft or CV joint (semi-axle?), what do we mean? As @JonathanT wrote post a photo because there are differents in drive shafts and CV joints.
Listning and reading to the problem "I have big noise on right front wheel while steering to the left" it could be a CV joint, or suspension problem or a wheel bearing terror...
I presume the later more presumably... because the bearings wear out earlier then the lot

TL and GTL have the same gearbox and the same suspension so the driveshafts are the same.
