I have a surplus wheel, however it might not be for a R4 unless some variants have different stud spacings(?), it doesn't fit on my F6 van - studs closer together on this wheel, though it is definately a Renault wheel, it used to have the renault badge held into the centre by metal strips.
Looking a little bit tatty in the photo but it's sound, I gave it a wipe with a damp rag to get the dust off.
The tyre comes with the wheel, it's a Michelin with a lot of tread left but is pretty old. I'd say as a spare it'd be fine but there's a small spot on the side wall where it seems to be worn/starting to perish - possibly from being in the spare wheel carrier (it spent a long time on mine as a spare until I tried to fit it!).
