steering rubber shaft joint

i need to change the round rubber steering joint on my F4, I had a quick look and it looks as though there are 2 rivets of some sort as well as 2 bolts; do these have to be ground off for the new joint and are they supplied?

Yes if it is replaced for the first time they must be cut off. It is much easier if you remove the rack or the pinion alone.
The rivets are not supplied as they need special equipment to be mushroomed, but M8 bolts of 8.8 or higher grade with nyloc nuts are more than adequate.
