An old chap who lives up the road came round to see me today to ask if his quatrelle could run on 95 ron as it had been off the road since the 90's, I said I wasn't sure so I'd come and have a look, went into the garage and had a look, it's a very nice, used 1964 1123 with 6v electrics, bench seat and a three speed box (pictures hopefully attached.) The pics were taken on a phone and I was a bit hemmed in taking them as there's a complete, unmolested and apparently running R8 Gordini under a dustsheet in the way! Sadly my battery died as I went to photograph it but I've asked him to tell me how much he wants for the pair and will be buying the R8 if it's reasonable, Simonandjuliet have dibs on the r4.
