Thermostat and brake hoses for 1972 1126 782cc

Hi Guys. I am looking for a thermostat for a 1974 782cc 1126 car. What temperature range should I be looking at for here in the UK. They are described as 82 deg or 93 deg etc. I don't know which would be best for here, or whether it matters.
I looked in the Franzose catalogue for front brake hoses for the same car, and can't see any. rear yes, front no.
Any suggestions please, nothing rude!

The PR900 gives 7701582523 as the number for front brake hoses for the R1120/1123/1126/1128/2106, etc (presumably the early drum-braked versions of the last two); length is given as 480.
This matches the part number (see the Oscaro link):

For thermostats, the PR900 gives three possibilities for the R1126 - 75 degrees (7701348375); 86 degrees (7701348374) and 89 degrees (7701348068).

I can help with an 88 degree thermostat if you have the type in the photo:

76 degrees will be too low for your climate, better fit an 86 deg. one.
