Throttle cable

Hi all,
Have replaced my rocket cover gasket today but in removing the throttle cable where it fits through the rocker cover I released the c clip but the sleeve inside the spring broke in two. I can't find anything that looks like it, does it come with a new throttle cable? 956cc 1989 savane.
