1108cc conversion.
I might have an 1108 engine, Ill have a look.
I anm sure you know you need to fit the 1108cc with the later gearbox, as the engines spin in opposite directions.
Also you will have to fit a later radiator as it sits further forward in the later car.
You would also have to provide clearance for the bonnet because of the radiator position and the difference between the bonnet strengtheners in the later 1108cc and earlier cars.
In other words you need to shove the whole lot in, then it is easy.
Once you have the later running gear, the larger engines from the Mk1 5 Series are interchangeable on a Renault 4.
I would fit front discs from the later car as well.
