A slightly boring question about spark plugs

Hi again, I was wondering if my 1992 1 litre engine takes the same plugs as the mighty 1108. My Haynes manual doesn't cover the engine and I can't find a previous thread for the 1 litre.
Also does anyone reccomend a particular brand/ model?:yellowre:

Have just purchased two sets of plugs for my 1100cc R4 GTL recommended were Champion L92YC Obtained by post from Spark-plugs.co.uk Not sure if they a suitable fo the 1000cc but ask the above they may list the recommended ones.

Hi Are Marchal M121 spark plugs suitable for a Renault 4L.
A french 'Branler' said they are ok but I have doubts!!!

According to the parts book PR1104, L92YCs fit any R4 engine other than 688-711 (which was discontinued in 1984) and C1E-719 (which was later but I think was 1108cc). So you're probably all right although you'll need to check your engine number to make sure.

Another one given in the parts book is Eyquem C32S, which fits all other than 688-711.

It's on page 17.201 of the parts book if you can find a copy or fiche to look at.
