Hi there friends..

My renault 4 Tl , from 1990, with engine 688, 1108cc use a distributor Femsa r296. Now it,s running at 3º degrees perfect. One friend, can give me a distributor, from his Renault F4, it,s is a femsa R 248 . Can I use it on my car?? Any problem?, It will be too at 3º?

Whatever distributor you have fitted it is important that the vacuum advance unit works. Why do you want to change your distributor?

Yes both distributors have a vacum advance. really i dont want to change the distributor, only is that this person can give me form a broken renault 4f van. this distributor will be a spare part for me.
