Anti freeze.

Hi All. Any recommendations for anti freeze for the R4 845 cc ?

Any G11 anti freeze shoul be good

I have looked at the G11 Anti freeze and it appears to not be longlife and needs replacing every year. Is there a long life alternative for a 1972 car with the 782cc engine, model 1126. I wouldprefer not to have to drain and refill with all the valve bleeding and holding bottles in the air etc.Thanks. If there is no other way then thats OK. Thanks

Planning on using this for my 1100cc once its back together.
I currently have it in my motorbike at the mo but haven't really taken it out for a test ride yet due to other issues with it.
