Changes in Body Shape after 1985

I'm restoring my R4 from 1993 and am wondering about replacement parts fitting - I can't find an answer to this online...
Did the body change shape or size at all over the years of production, particularly after 1985, or did it stay the same and therefore any parts that I find, that are for older cars. will still fit on my newer car? Thanks so much to anyone who can clarify this for me!

Only major change was during 1981 model year, when the upper door hinges became hidden and the bulkhead layout became different. Then in 1983 another change in the inner bulkhead took place, to accommodate the new style of dashboard.
Basic shape and dimensions of body and panels were always the same, and these elements affected by changes (e.g. doors) can always be fitted but this usually means lots of (unnecessary) work.
