Clicking Engine Flywheel

Hi,
My 845cc engine is out of the car. I've just noticed there is a click click click clicking sound from the flywheel when I rotate it. Its louder going anticlockwise. Cant say I noticed this when turning it over by hand before. Any thoughts if this is normal? Ive put a little video here showing it.

If i decide to take the flywheel off to investigate do I need to remove the sump?

Strange think sump has to come off to get to flywheel removal would 9f thought noise 8s internal possibly timing chain related
Looking at flywheel engine runs clockwise remember beyond that no idea
