Heater matrix...

Is the heater matrix / radiator the same on all R4s?

Franzose suggests it is - https://www.franzose.de/en/Renault/R4/Heizung-Belueftung/ANR82140/

Mine started dripping a bit on the way to Thenay and back so thats a job for over the winter. Before I go ahead and order this though thought I'd check to see if anyone knew if its the correct part for an '85 F6.

Looks like the right one to me.
Only for the Scandinavian market there were some thicker heater matrixes.
That's the only difference.

But good heavens, how expensive these things are. At Rquatre.nl they are €10 cheaper.

I bought one 2 years ago for only €48,- at our local radiator repair shop. Also brand new.

I'm also surprised about the aftermarket price...
Maybe a second hand vintage one here at http://www.palace-de-lancienne.com/search/?text=chauffage&x=0&y=0 but then there's no guarantee on leaks....
