I don't imagine that Skype (a way of phoning over the internet) would work over dial-up? Broadband hasn't reached all of us yet!
How about a poll to see whether:
1. How many have broadband
2. How many use Skype
3. How many would use Skype as part of the forum.
Personally, I like the idea, but one of the advantages of 'talking' on the forum, is that everyone else gets to see your wise words!
