I'm new to the forum, which seems quite cool.
I don't own an R4 (yet!) but I'm on the lookout.
I currently have a fiat multipla- generally used for taking kids to school, holidays, motorways etc. I'm looking to buy a 2nd car, as old an r4 as I can afford, to use to commute (about 7 miles) each day and other short trips like supermarket etc. I know its a lot to ask but I'm hoping for something that runs ok with mot, but I can cope with poor bodywork as long as its not too horrendous. I probably can't afford it yet but keep looking.
Anyway its nice to see good things happening with Renaults and cuddly frogs.

Welcome to the forum. There's the occasional old Renault 4 that comes out of the woodwork having driven no miles and been garaged from new. Don't worry about the price - it depends entirely on how much the car has been polished before putting it in eBay rather than the structural and mechanical condition. Have a look at the guides section, and do view the car before buying.

Glad you liked the Frog. We tried out a few mice too, but they seemed to keep disappearing halfway through a job. No idea why.
