Paging Mr Stanbury

lol no! 20metres may be better for those of the metric persuasion.

..And for the precisionists?

..20.1168 metres?

Lets not leave them in any doubt Pepper?

As Bluebell not says, concentrate on the metres and the millimetres will look after themselves..

And note this:

The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

On the other hand, the French eat a lot of fat and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

Conclusion: Eat and drink what you like. It's speaking English that kills you.

Thank you Ian, I'll try to take some photos of the breakfast.

Do I have to emphasize that it was snowing last night, especially on the Ozren mountain where we headed for our main butcher...

We're the same, around here too, my daughters got two 1/2 pig 1/2 wild boar being readied in the next couple of weeks, yum yum

Our breakfast is yummy porridge, my favourite!

Guess who was down in the forest today? 'Twas Captain Van Rouge. I wish I had taken this photo an hour later as the snow came down and tree felling was abandoned.

Just got back in, we've had two huge trailer loads of wood out of the hedge and we've only done about a quarter of it so far!

We're going to be ok for wood this winter:mrgreen:

..Sadly team, you have a year to wait..

..before todays wood is any good for burning but I am as usual ahead of you all - I have already chipped my last years supply ready to go into the wood burner!!

Remember this when it comes to collecting wood for your wood burning stove:

The Creator gathered all of creation and said,
“I want to hide something from the humans until they are ready for it.
It is the realization that they create their own reality.”
The eagle said, “Give it to me, I will take it to the moon.”
The Creator said, “No. One day they will go there and find it.”
The salmon said, “I will hide it on the bottom of the ocean.”
“No. They will go there too.”
The buffalo said, “I will bury it on the great plains.”
The Creator said, “They will cut into the skin of the earth and find it even there.”
Then Grandmother Mole, who lives in the breast of Mother Earth,
and who has no physical eyes but sees with spiritual eyes said,
“Put it inside their wood burner.”
And the Creator said,
“It is done.”

So, only people with a wood burner will be able one day to find out they create their own reality...

Spooky hey?

This was taken on Saturday morning...

This doesn't look that bad but soon after this it became really bad, there were no tracks and the snow was around 20cm...
