Hi Bri-This seems to be the "normal"...Little or no respect for the paying customer,only Their time is of importance and they couldn't care less!
(of course it doesn't include All of the trade(s) but this is why it is SO important to use and promote the ones that keep their word and does
a good honest job/service. Biggest problem is to find them.. Hope you get it done to your satisfaction shortly /-Reid.
