r4 new driveshafts

Bought in error from franzose.de two new driveshafts. When i came to fit the them found out they are too long.
forty pounds each plus postage. can be collected if required from preston lancs. 01772 741874
700mm long 23 teeth wheel side 22 teeth gearbox side
Never been used, only one placed in gear box to see how it looked.

what year is your car and what engine. Mine is 782 cc and the car is 1972

Hello.my engine is 1397cc type 847 about 1983 {not sure about the year,{ the driveshafts are for a r4 and early r5.If you go on the frazose,de web site /r4 suspension steering/ driveshafts you will see them with the discription of which cars they will fit. If you are in lancashire i can bring them to you for you to have a look, or you are more than welcome to come here and check them out. My car is an amateur built car {not a Kit car] Hand built chassis and bodywork with an r5 engine. Thats how i made the mistake of buying driveshafts that don't fit. It's too much hassle to send them back to Germany.
