R6 rear axle

I have issues to fix with my rear axle silent blocks: I thought it was a nice occasion to fit a r6 rear axle with bigger torsion bars and his nice anti roll bar.
Do you confirm me that the r4 and r6 axle have same measurements and are interchangeable?
