I have a set of old wheels and I have a set of amil alloys , not sure yet.
The back door is the same as the picture.
I ordered a new bonnet from Renault today .
Has any one in Ireland got a windscreen.

I think that you can get a flat piece of laminated glass cut to size. Of course you would need a template from which to cut the new one.

A good car window is multilayered in order for it to break instead of shatter in case of accident. When it bursts you don't want it to come down in large razor-sharp pieces, but you want it to burst but stay in place.

In other words: a car window isn't just a piece of glass cut the right size.

Yes and No !

It must be laminate glass cut to the right size (the sort with 2 sheets of glass and a plastic film in the middle) most glass shops can cut it.

Its also sometimes used in things like skylights and shop fronts.

Ah okay. Well, in case you can find a piece of laminate glass, having a window for your R4 cut the right size by someone who can do that, having one cut would be an option . But I guess that's not really economic .
