Renault 5 Engine Wanted

Hi All, i am kind of on the wrong Forum but still hope you can help me.
I have a 1983 Renault Trafic Camper, and the engine have decided to retire. I am now in the prossess of looking for a new one i have been told that the same engines went in to the Renault 5 and im having trouble finding one could anyone point me in the right direction?
The engine code is B14 4E
S/N CJ1 or CJ2

welcome to the forum...
strange the engine has popped...its usualy the gearboxs which go on them.

There is a rotten R5 on ebay at the moment for a round 100 quid...its in plymouth

It depends on which engine is in your Trafic?

I always thought the Trafic was based on the Renault 18, so bigger engined 1.6 upwards and that the Renault Espace engine and gearboxes were broadly similar too?

some early trafics were 1397 low comp renault18tl engines or fuego tl
also used in small renault powered volvo 343 ( suspect b14 code is volvo related )
mk1 5 engine no good cam and waterpump wrong end of engine
mk2 5 engine can use bottom end but port spacing wrong on head got loads but unless your head is ok not much use
volvo 343 340 is best bet but are there any left ?
