R4F4 model 210B produced from 1983 untill 1988, indeed with the 1108cc engine either the 688-12 or C1E. The engine plate will tell you more.
Distributor parts depend on the make.

For ordinary service parts there are a lot of motor factors selling on eBay. Autodoc has most bits but postage from Germany takes a few days.
