How do I find out which new brake pads I need?

I have taken the wheels off and had a look and they are Bendix brakes but what model are they?

I'm not familiar with Spanish R4's but Renault only fitted either Bendix or Girling pads so I reckon you'll be safe going to your local parts shop and getting a Bendix set. I doubt that there will be more than one type of Bendix pad fitted.

Bendix brake cylinders

Hi Steve

I see you have the Bendix brake shoes and springs and while I was at it I thought I would change the cylinders too as although I refurbished them im sure they could do with a couple of new ones.

Any joy with a pair of cyclinders for a 1984 GTL?

By the way are the brake shoes /cylinders different sizes?
