hi all,
just a word of warning for those bidding or thinking of bidding on that white r4 f6 van. I went to look at this van and the chassis at the rear is BAD. there is rust around the rear trailing arms, the rear floor next to the trailing arms is holed and the chassis sides are crusty.
Where the bumper bolts on at the rear is very rusty but is still attached.
The head gasket has gone as the oil is milkey, but its starts and runs lovely.
cant remember what the front floor was like but as it states RESTORATION please remember that.
In my opionion of vans, i have had a few, this is defo not a weekend repair 1.
i would advise asking for pics of the perscribed areas. !!
Please also note include 15% on the final price as stated in the listing below the pics.
i offered 200 for it but the chap seemed offended wanted closer to double that, and said he would rather break it up.
