Wings!

Morning all,

I need to buy a couple of front wings for my F6 and wondered if anyone has had any issues with standard pattern wings in the UK. My local panel place can supply them at about £27 each and I wondered if they would be any better / worse than the one I got from Melun Retro Passion at Thenay.

Or is it worth me ordering them from MRP and hoping they reach me undamaged?

They are probably from the same manufacturer. When I bought some pattern front wings they were a little high on the front so I compensated by adding 1/8" shims under the hinges and afterwards they looked fine. Most pattern body parts need some fine 'adjustment'.

I suspected as such and tbh the wing from MRP needed a bit of 'adjusting' to make it fit.

I'll go order some locally tomorrow then.
