i've removed the small special hex screw at the side, do i need to do anything else (this is on a TL 850 1967), to get the wiper arm off, i don't want to force it too much?

also, i assume that, to remove the washer nozzle, its a facia-out job?

one other thing, does the gearbox oil really need renewal every year, as recommended by Haynes?

thanks for any help, ade

Well I don't know much about the wiper problem although it really should just lift off but I can tell you I change my gear box oil at least twice a year, surely for all it costs it's worth it

wiper arm removal

the spindle has just a parallel shank, so loosening grub screw was all that was necessary
washer was a screw -on fit, but i spread some Tiger seal over the thread to stop leaks
