am hoping someone wants to sell me, or point me in the right direction for a carby kit for ther Zenith 28IF as fitted to my 4. I have tried ebay and emailed ebay sellers to no avail ...

a cure for blocked jets which I read in a '50s tech tips book, was to park your car on a hill (facing uphill), put it in top gear, pull the choke all the way out, press the accelerator to the floor and then let the handbrake off and roll backwards for as long as possible (preferably with hitting anything!). this blows everything clear - i've tried it in an old Morry Minor I had a few years ago and it worked a treat ....
