1. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. It used to work then it stopped then it half started again then it stopped again. Today I changed the instrument facia (6 digit Jaegar like for like replacement) as the old one had a problem with the mileometer and the gauge worked ok then it stopped again. I dont think its the panel. I will doublecheck fuses tomorrow just to be sure. How does it actually work? Is it connected to a sensor somewhere? If there is I guess I need to check that too. Any suggestions or insight gratefully received.
2. Having read on here I'll check fuses tomorrow. Ir used to work on the old facia then stopped and it didnt restart with the new one. The orange wire is in place. and if its not the fuses then I guess its time to look at the sender unit.
