1962 R1124 parts urgently wanted

I am desperate to buy a left lower ballpoint for my 1962 Renault 4 Super. The rare model with drop-down tailgate. I also want top ball joints and lower right ball joint (not so urgent) and steering arms too. If anybody could supply, I would be eternally grateful.

I had a 62 many years ago and had simular problems .I think i brought a set from a R4 specialist in Holland .
