1985 R4 inner wing repair

got some new front wings to replace the bad ones, when finally went to fit them, got more then i bargined for

the poor thing is the same both sides
now i came across on here somewhere of welding kits similar to the back wings that can replace the rusted areas, does anyone know where i get my hands on them?

and also does the front crossbar come off? as the car lost a fight with a wall a while back

The crossmember consists of two parts spot-welded together, the inner one welded to the chassis.
You can also find the outer edges as repair sections (they are the most vulnerable in a crash).
